Fitting Not Included
Home delivery includes shipping only — tyre fitting is not included. You'll need to arrange fitting at your local garage or mechanic. Most garages charge $25–$40 per tyre for fitting and balancing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days. Auckland and Waikato orders typically arrive in 1–2 days. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery in real-time through our shipping partner's website.
What if I'm not home when the tyres arrive?
Our courier will leave a card with instructions. You can arrange redelivery or collect from a nearby depot. A signature is required for security.
Can I deliver to a business address?
Absolutely. Many customers have tyres delivered to their workplace. Just enter your business address at checkout.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Due to the size and weight of tyres, we can only deliver to physical street addresses — not PO Boxes.
What if my tyres arrive damaged?
In the rare event of transit damage, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost under our 5-year warranty.
